Our Justice and Corrections services support tāngata and whānau to navigate the justice system with dignity and confidence. Grounded in kaupapa Māori, this mahi focuses on restoring wellbeing, strengthening identity, and fostering positive change. We provide culturally informed programmes and practical support that empower people on their rehabilitation and reintegration journeys.

Healing and Resolution

Retorative Justice

Restorative Justice provides a safe, respectful process for victims and offenders to come together for clarity, healing and accountability, grounded in Ngāti Hine values to help put things right and strengthen whānau wellbeing.

Te Ao Māori Framework for Reintegration

Te Hokingamai Raki

Te Hokingamai Raki is a reintegration kaupapa built on Te Ao Māori values. It supports whānau as they return to their communities following time within the Corrections system, helping them rebuild confidence, identity, and purpose.

Youth Justice Pathway

Te Pae Oranga Rangatahi

Te Pae Oranga Rangatahi is a tikanga-based pathway that supports rangatahi aged 14 to 17 to take responsibility, repair harm, and make positive changes without going through the court system.

Cultural Justice Pathway

Te Pae Oranga helps adults who have offended by taking them through a restorative, culturally grounded process that explores the offence, its causes, and the support needed for long-term change.
